Something wrong in your building ? Describe it here in a few fields. Your report goes straight to the manager of your condominium, with everything they need in order to act : what, where, how long it has been going on, and how urgent it is.
Immediate danger, a major water leak, someone trapped in a broken-down lift, no heating in winter ? Do not use this form : call us.
📞 +352 27 99 72 72A problem reported over the phone gets lost ; a documented one gets dealt with. This form gathers in one go everything needed to assess the issue without a pointless call back : where, what, since when, and how pressing it is.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required — your data stays confidential.
Your report does not land in an anonymous inbox. Here is the route it takes.
As soon as you send it, your report is logged in the building's file and passed to your property manager. You can keep this page as a record of what you did.
The manager of your condominium reviews the report : what kind of problem it is, whether it concerns a common or a private part, which contractor is involved, and whether insurance may come into play.
We call out the building's contractor, or we come back to you for the details we need and to tell you how the file will be taken forward.
The situations that come up most often in the buildings we manage.
If anyone is in danger, call the emergency services first on 112. For a technical emergency in the building, dial our number : +352 27 99 72 72 ; you will hear what to do.
This form, on the other hand, is ideal for problems that can wait until the office opens : it leaves a complete written record, which a phone call does not.
It depends on what is affected. The common parts and shared equipment are the condominium's responsibility ; whatever is inside your own unit is, as a rule, yours. The exact boundary is set by the règlement de copropriété (the condominium by-laws).
Some problems straddle both — water coming in through the roof and damaging a privately owned ceiling, for instance — and may fall to the building's insurance. Just describe what you see : working out the category is our job.
Yes, and it is genuinely useful for anything involving the common parts : lighting, cleanliness, the lift, the entryphone, the outdoor areas. We need to know in order to act.
For a problem inside the home you rent, however, your point of contact is your landlord : the decision is theirs. Do still tell us if it seems to originate in the common parts — we will check.
Inside your own unit you remain free to do so. On the common parts, however, work ordered without the syndic's agreement may well not be paid for by the condominium : come through us and we will call on the building's contractors.
The one exception : an emergency measure to stop a claim getting worse, such as closing a valve or stopping a leak. In that case, act, keep the receipts and tell us straight away.
