Is your building managed by D&D Syndic ? Choose the procedure that applies to you. Your request is filed with your building's records and passed to your property manager, together with the details they need in order to act. Each card states who it is for : owner, tenant, or both.
Have you just bought a unit in a building we manage ? Send us your contact details : notices of general meetings, information on works and statements of charges will then reach you directly.
Register as a new co-owner → LandlordDo you let out your unit and a tenant is moving in or out ? Report it with the date of the move and, if you can, the meter readings : the charges are apportioned between the outgoing and the incoming tenant on the basis of those readings.
Report a move-in or move-out → Owner or tenantFob, key, car-park remote control, lock cylinder, name on the doorbell or letterbox, règlement de copropriété (the condominium regulations), acte de base (the deed establishing the condominium), Energiepass (energy performance certificate), insurance certificate : one single request covers it all.
Order access or a document → Owner or tenantWater damage, heating, lift, cleanliness, nuisance : describe the problem and where it is. Your report is filed with your building's records and passed to your property manager.
Report an issue →Owners and tenants do not have the same procedures. Here is what falls to you.
You are a member of the condominium : notices of general meetings, statements of charges and calls for funds are all addressed to you. Condominium documents are released to you alone.
You occupy the property without being a member of the condominium. For anything inside the property, your point of contact remains your landlord. For the common areas, however, do write to us : we need to hear from you in order to act.
The move-in or move-out report itself is made by your landlord.
